3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All payments must be made through the secure payment methods provided on our website.

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) by default. For customers outside of Canada, prices may be shown in other currencies (such as U.S. Dollars (USD) or Mexican Pesos (MXN)) for convenience. However, unless otherwise stated at checkout, all transactions will be processed in CAD. Exchange rates and any applicable conversion fees are determined by your payment provider.

Applicable sales taxes, duties, and shipping fees will be calculated and added at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Canada and internationally where permitted. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and shipping provider. Hellomush is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

6. Health Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Consult your healthcare provider before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
