How long will it take to receive my order?

How do you ship, and what if I change my mind?

We ship across North America, and international is coming soon (mushrooms know no borders).
Not vibing with your order? No problem.
Send back unopened products within 30 days, and we’ll refund you—no side-eye, no guilt trip.

How long does shipping take?

For U.S. and Canada: usually 3–7 business days.
For everywhere else: 7–14 days depending on how far the mushrooms have to travel.
You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships—because mushroom magic deserves to be tracked in real time.

Do you ship internationally? Will I have to deal with customs?

Yes, we ship worldwide—mushrooms deserve a passport too.
If you’re outside North America, your package may go through customs depending on your country’s import rules.
We’ll provide all necessary paperwork on our end (like invoices + product details), but customs fees or delays are up to local authorities. If you’ve got questions, just reach out—we're happy to help decode mushroom diplomacy.

How do I initiate a return?

Initiating a return is easy. Simply contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions on returning the product. Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
