Return Policy
At Hellomush, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@hellomush.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Please allow 7–14 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
Exchanges
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@hellomush.ca with your order details and photos of the product.
- We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
- Customers outside Canada are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
- Please note that international returns may take longer to process.
